• Sunbrella Fabrics:
  How long will it last?

• They now have a 10 year limited warrantee on the fabric only.
  This does not include the sewing of the fabric. Many factors will affect the life of a fabric awning. To get the best life of your awning, the first thing you need to do is keep it clean.

• Frames:
• All our custom frames are fabricated in house and sent out for powder coating to ensure a good finish that will hold up well.

• Retractable frames:
• Are purchased from top of the line companies with many years of manufacturing experience.

• Can Retractable Awnings be left fully extended in the wind.
• We do not recommend that they be left out fully extended. Even though wind sensors are available, they are very sensitive and in gusty wind can cause the awning to cycle back and forth. This can cause the motor to get over heated and stop working until it has cooled down. If it fails when extended the awning could suffer damage.
