The mounting bracket's would use about 2 to 3 inches so you would add say 2 inches

If you want to cover half of the window you would have to have a drop of 22 inches.
An 11 pan awning would have a drop of 21.5 Inches and 12 pans would drop 24.75 Inches when mounted at a 45% angle. The 11 pans would be the best match.

The price is determined by the square footage and depending on Which company you
ask for a quote they may use different formula's to determine the Sq. Ft.

The sq. Footage  could be 9 sq, ft for the 11 pan and 10 sq. ft. for the 12 pan.
The minimum price is based on 10 Sq, Feet, for a single awning.

The price range could be between $60.00 to $80.00 plus tax for the 11 and 12 pan awnings. This is for a kit price you pick up from the manufacturer and install your self.
